Description

This series of battery chargers is with sealed structure. It’s suitable for flooded lead acid batteries, sealed lead acid batteries, lithium-ion batteries, NI-MH batteries, Nickle Cadmium batteries, etc. They are used to cycle charge or floating charger battery pack in electric cars, sightseeing vehicles, patrol vehicles, fork lifts, etc.

SAFTY

RELIABILITY

  • The enclose is made of die casting technique and circuit board is filled with special glue. The active fan is also designed to be with rigid structure and long duration.
  • The battery chargers have been tested in all kinds of industrial environment(Wet, Hot, Cold, High altitude) for more than ten years, and the design is proved rigid and reliable.

ADVANCED FEATURES

  • CAN BUS Interface is compatible with BMS.
  • Triple color indicator could show multiple status information and error code.
  • Charging Lock System is for enable/disable controlling by vehicles
  • 12V auxiliary DC output is optional for EV system;

PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

  • Burnout Protection:  If the temperature of charger exceeded the set limitation, the charger would decrease the power level. And if the environment temperature exceeded 65 C, the charger would stop charging and switch to standby mode until the environment temperature went down.
  • Protection for reverse polarity connection. If the battery is connected with the charger with wrong polarity, the circuit inside charger would shut down the device, and the battery would not be damaged.
  • Idle load Protection: There is no output power when the batteries are not connected;
  • Short Circuit Protection: The circuit inside the charger shuts down the device when short circuit is detected. The charger will charge again only when the problem is solved.
  • Automatic shutdown when battery fully charged: The battery charger automatically turn off when the battery is fully charged, according to the charging algorithm.
